Returns and Refunds

How to File a Return?

You are entitled to return the item within 14 days of the delivery date, only if the received item is damaged, not as advertised, faulty, or for any of the following reasons;

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong Item

  • Not as Advertised

  • Missing item

  • Change of mind (only applicable for a few categories)

  • Not Authentic

  • Expired

- You can initiate the Return of the product within 14 days since the time of delivery

- Return can only be initiated when the product is on Delivered status

- You may initiate the return by logging into your account – click on ‘My Orders’ tab and then ‘Start a return’ for self-return process.

- Total time required from pick up to Quality check decision for Non-Bulky item will be around 4 working days, whereas, for Bulky pick up to Quality check decision, 7 days will be required.

- Once the return is initiated, we will come and pick up the item from your home

- Quality Control check will take place to validate the claim, and Refund will be processed based on the QC result

- Few items cannot be returned. Please look at the product page for return information before purchasing

- All accessories, freebies, and tags with original box should be available, avoiding writing or pasting anything on the manufacturer box

- Product's original box should not be damaged. Please return all tags and labels along with the item.

OLX Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund in the following conditions;

  • Your prepaid order got cancelled

  • Your return claim was valid

Payment through Debit & Credit card will be refunded within 14-15 working days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be returned immediately in shape of Store Credit/Wallet, which can be used for online shopping OR in case of Bank Deposit, it'll take 1-5 working days.

Modes of Refund

Refund is based on the payment method you selected. However, you may choose between;

  • Store Credit/Wallet

  • Bank Deposit

If you paid through your credit card, the amount would be refunded in your credit card.

Order Cancellation:

The order cancellation is only possible if the order is not processed yet, you may get it cancelled by calling over helpline or contacting us through webchat only if it's not shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.
